By downloading, accessing, or using SoloLog (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application and uninstall it from your device immediately.
POCKETECH LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use SoloLog on your mobile device for individual personal logging and utility tracking purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3.1 Account-Free Operation: Mirroring a seamless user experience, SoloLog operates completely without user accounts, registration, or cloud logins. You can access all core features immediately upon installation. 3.2 Free Service: The App is currently provided entirely free of charge. There are no digital subscriptions, hidden in-app purchases, or paywalls for any features. 3.3 No AI Processing: The functionalities of SoloLog are standard local utility operations and do not involve any artificial intelligence cloud algorithms or third-party automated processing systems.
4.1 Ownership: You retain 100% of all intellectual property rights to the logs, text, media, and records you input or generate within SoloLog. 4.2 Local Sandbox Storage: In strict compliance with a local-first infrastructure, all data generated within the App is stored temporarily inside the App's local directory sandbox. It will only be exported to your system's global Photo Library or Files app when you explicitly tap the "Download/Save" action. 4.3 No Central Server & Backup Responsibility: We do not maintain or own any cloud servers to store, view, or back up your logs.
CRITICAL WARNING: Because your data remains strictly on your local device, deleting or uninstalling SoloLog, clearing your device's cache, or resetting your phone without a prior backup (e.g., via manual export or Apple iCloud system backup) will result in permanent, irreversible data loss. We have no technical capability to recover this data for you.
5.1 You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions for any content (including images and text) you import into SoloLog. You agree not to use the App to process, store, or manage any illegal, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content. 5.2 You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the App, decompile its code, bypass any technical limitations, or exploit the application for unauthorized automated commercial scraping.
6.1 SoloLog is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a stable environment, we do not guarantee that the App will be 100% error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for your specific long-term requirements. 6.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POCKETECH LIMITED shall not be liable for any accidental data loss, software crashes, device damage, or indirect damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App. Since the service is free, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed zero ($0.00).
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the App (or cease maintaining the software updates) at our sole discretion if you violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or if necessary due to legal or operational requirements.
We may update our Terms of Use from time to time to reflect product updates or legal shifts. Any modifications will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
