1. Scope of License

POCKETECH LIMITED grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Profile Insight: Analytics application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.

2. Independent Service

Profile Insight: Analytics is an independent application developed by POCKETECH LIMITED. It is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or any other third-party social media platforms.

3. No Warranty

The Licensed Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations. Your use of the Licensed Application is at your sole risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall POCKETECH LIMITED be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your accounts, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Licensed Application.

5. Compliance with Third-Party Terms

You represent and warrant that your use of the Licensed Application will comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party platforms you interact with. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your usage does not violate such third-party policies.

6. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
