1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PicRevive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. License Grant
POCKETECH LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use PicRevive for individual photo enhancement and restoration purposes.
3. AI-Powered Service Disclaimer
The restoration and enhancement features of PicRevive are powered by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality outcomes:
- We do not guarantee that the results will be 100% accurate, realistic, or meet your specific requirements.
- AI-generated results may vary depending on the quality and condition of the original photo.
- The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of PicRevive is at your own discretion and risk.
4. User Content and Ownership
- Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights to the original photos you upload and the enhanced images produced by the App.
- Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions for any photos you process. You agree not to use PicRevive to process illegal, sensitive, or copyright-infringing content.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, POCKETECH LIMITED shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, loss of data during transmission, or any incidental or indirect damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
- Payment: All financial transactions are managed securely by Apple through the In-App Purchase system.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions (including those with free trial periods) automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Refunds: All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple Support. We do not have the authority to issue refunds for App Store transactions.
