Thank you for using DexSnap! These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and POCKETECH LIMITED regarding your use of the "DexSnap" mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Services Provided

1.1 The App provides the following features:

• Scanning & Valuation: Use your camera to scan sports card images, identify card information (player, edition, year, etc.), and receive market value references.
• Digital Collection: Save card images and information locally on your device to manage your personal collection.

1.2 The App identifies you via Apple ID – no separate registration is required. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.

2. Data Transfer to Third-Party Services

2.1 To provide the scanning and valuation feature, the App transmits your scanned card images in real-time to:

• Alibaba Cloud (cloud computing service): For temporary processing of recognition requests. Images are deleted immediately after recognition.
• Third-party valuation API provider(s): To obtain card information and market value references. The specific provider name(s) are listed in our Privacy Policy.

2.2 When you first use the scanning feature, the App will request your explicit authorization. The scanning feature will not function without your consent.

3. Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer

3.1 Valuations are for reference only: Valuation results provided by the App are based on algorithmic models and historical data, which may differ from actual market prices. This valuation does not constitute investment or trading advice. Any decisions you make based on the App are at your sole risk.

3.2 Recognition may have errors: Due to image quality, card variations, and other factors, recognition results may not be completely accurate. Please exercise your own judgment.

3.3 Service provided "AS IS": We strive to maintain service stability but do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not legally responsible for service anomalies caused by technical failures, network issues, or other causes.

4. User Conduct

You may not use the App to upload or disseminate content that:

• Violates any applicable law or endangers national security;
• Infringes upon third-party intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights;
