Why can't I find my device?

Please make sure the device is powered on, has battery, is nearby, and is broadcasting a Bluetooth signal. Bluetooth signals may be blocked by walls, furniture, bags, or metal objects.

Is the location exact?

Air Radar uses Bluetooth signal strength to estimate how close you are. It is a helpful guide, but it may not show the exact position of the device.

What permissions are needed?

Air Radar may request Bluetooth permission for device scanning. Location permission may be used to save the last detected location if this feature is available.
