This Privacy Policy applies to the Profile Insight: Analytics mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") created by POCKETECH LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). This service is provided at no cost with optional paid features (Freemium) and is intended for use "as is."

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects certain information to provide and improve our tracking and analytics services.

• Device Information: We may collect non-personally identifiable information about your mobile device, including device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFV).
• Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the Application, such as features accessed and time spent within the App, to help us optimize the user experience.
• Social Media Data: The Application allows you to track publicly available information from social media platforms. Profile Insight: Analytics does not require your social media login credentials (username or password) and does not store or have access to your private account data. All tracking data is fetched based on public profiles or user-provided identifiers and is cached locally on your device for performance. We do not engage in unauthorized data scraping or bypass any platform’s privacy settings.

2. Third-Party Services

To provide specific features and analyze app performance, we utilize the following third-party service providers, each with their own privacy policies:

• RevenueCat: Used to manage your in-app subscriptions and verify purchases. RevenueCat may process your transaction data provided by Apple.
• Apple In-App Purchase: All financial transactions are processed securely by Apple. The Company does not collect or store your credit card or bank account information.

3. Data Security and Retention

• Security: We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) to protect your information during transmission.
• Local Cache: Most tracking data is stored locally on your device.
• User Control: We provide a "Clear All Data" button within the Application settings. Using this feature will immediately and permanently remove all locally cached tracking information from your device.

4. Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
