POCKETECH LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This policy describes how the PicRevive mobile application handles information regarding its photo restoration and enhancement services.
2. Photo Data & AI Processing
- Image Processing: Third-Party AI Processing: To provide high-quality restoration, your photos are securely uploaded to Google (Gemini) AI services. By using these features and providing your consent in the App, you agree to this transmission.
- Temporary Retention: We do not store your original or enhanced photos permanently. Images are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after the restoration process is completed, or within a standard technical window of less than 24 hours.
- No Biometric Data: We do not use your photos to create facial recognition templates or for personal identification. Our AI focuses strictly on visual enhancement, such as resolution improvement, color correction, and noise reduction.
3. Data Collection & Analytics
- Technical Information: We collect non-personally identifiable data, including device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), to ensure the stability and performance of the App.
- Third-Party Partners: We utilize RevenueCat for subscription management and AppsFlyer for marketing attribution. These partners process data under their respective privacy policies to help us provide and improve our services.
4. Data Security & Control
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transmission. Additionally, you may use the "Clear All Data" feature within the App settings to instantly remove all locally cached information from your device.
