This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how POCKETECH LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the "DexSnap" mobile application ("App"). DexSnap is a tool for scanning/valuing sports cards and managing a digital collection using your Apple ID for subscriptions. We are committed to complying with applicable privacy laws.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

1.1 Account Identifier via Apple ID

The App does not require separate registration. When you sign in with Apple ID to purchase a subscription, we only receive the unique user identifier from Apple. This identifier is used to recognize you to enable/manage your subscription and associate your collection data. We do not receive your name, email address, or other personal information from your Apple ID.

1.2 Card Images (Core Scanning Function)

• Scanning Process: When you take or select a sports card image to scan, the image is temporarily uploaded to our servers hosted on Alibaba Cloud for identification and valuation. The image is automatically deleted from the server immediately after recognition.
• Digital Collection Storage: When you save a scanned card or image to your digital collection, the image is stored only locally on your device. It is not automatically uploaded to our servers. Your photo library access is controlled by you via device permissions.

1.3 Digital Collection Information

Information you manually add to manage your collection, such as card quantity, purchase price, notes, and custom tags. This information is linked only to your Apple ID identifier and is stored solely on your local device to enable your personal collection management.

1.4 Automatically Collected Data (Including Third-Party Tracking & Advertising)

To analyze performance, optimize user experience, and serve ads, we integrate third-party services:

• AppsFlyer (Tracking & Analytics): This service collects device information (e.g., device type, OS version, Apple's advertising identifier IDFA) and in-app behavior data (e.g., launches, scans, subscription events). We use this for user behavior analysis, marketing campaign measurement, and attribution.
• Google AdMob (Ad Platform): We display ads via this platform. AdMob collects device information, advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, and your ad interaction data (e.g., clicks, views) to serve you personalized advertising.
• These third-party services may use their data for cross-app tracking. You may disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track" in your iOS device settings (Settings -> Privacy -> Tracking) to prevent AppsFlyer and AdMob from accessing/using your IDFA. This stops cross-app tracking but you may still see less relevant ads.

1.5 Payment Information

All paid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Your payment occurs entirely within Apple's ecosystem, and we do not collect your full payment card number or billing address. We only validate your subscription status via Apple's receipt verification.
